All returns must be made within 14 days of the item being received.
The item(s) must be returned in the original condition. They must not be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.
Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product). Original shipping costs will not be refunded. When sending a return, we recommend you use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until your refund has been received. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
To process your return please send use the Contact Us page. Please include your reason for return, order number, name, and address. We will get back to you within 2 working days with further instructions on how and where to return to. Please ensure all returns are unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair.

For international orders custom can sometimes occur when an item arrives in its destination country. This is depends upon the customs threshold for each country. Please check with your local authority for more information on this. We are not able to cover the costs of taxes/charges.
